These are the terms and conditions of the online toy store ToyHarmony and its website.

Welcome to ToyHarmony,

ToyHarmony is an online toy store, that offers brick building toys, focusing mainly on retired and rare LEGO® sets.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and offer our retired and rare LEGO® sets Australia wide, and was established in April 2020.

We have placed here ToyHarmony's User Agreement terms and conditions for the ToyHarmony's business and www.toyharmony.com website.

We hope as our website user(you) all will respect and abide by the conditions that are stated here. These conditions are placed for the security and comfort of all the users within this site. These include, the customers, employees, suppliers, stakeholders and any other institutions that are connected to our toy Industry.

We have registered our business as ToyHarmony under the ASIC database and our website domain name is www.toyharmony.com.au. ToyHarmony and its team recommends that you first read all the terms and conditions applied here, plus the privacy policy before viewing or purchasing any item(s) from this website. Our aim is that all that visits our mind building toys website store will have a pleasant and peaceful interaction with us.

By Browsing, reading, viewing, surfing, looking and making a purchase from our site(www.toyharmony.com.au), you agree to all the terms and conditions that is stated and listed below among all the other policies stated on this site to abide by them.

As you also return to our online store ToyHarmony's website, you agree to the terms and conditions upon each revisit. If you do not agree with our terms we strongly suggest not to continue to view our toy/hobbies site and not to purchase any of the toys products at any time.

We are a toy/hobbies shop that mainly specialises in LEGO® and rare LEGO®. We provide toys mostly for our customers of Australia. These can be for leisure, as a hobby and for family time. We are an Australian small owned business and with the help of our good Lord we hope we can expand to others toys in due time.

All users have to be over the legal age of 18 to view or make any purchase within our trading website www.toyharmony.com.au. We strongly urge children under the age of 18 not to purchase any item(s) on our toy site ToyHarmony without direct supervision from a legal aged parent or guardian.

ToyHarmony is an online toy store that showcases and provides products for purchase of various toys. We specialise in LEGO® and in particular retired and rare LEGO® sets and offer them back to the public.

Viewing, browsing, reading, surfing, glancing and interacting with our site www.toyharmony.com.au at any time is free. Any user, customer or you do not have to join or be a member of ToyHarmony to use the website. All Toys or LEGO® placed on this website that the user would like to purchase a product has to pay the designated price attached.

​

ToyHarmony website is active 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You can view, browse and purchase a product(s) from our site at anytime of your leisure. You can also view our site for as long as you want, from anywhere that has access to the internet.

​

Though the website www.toyharmony.com.au the online toy store is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, however our support and customer service centre is not open 24/7. We are closed for the following days, New Year's Day, Easter Friday to Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and all other public listed holidays in Australia governing all states.

​

The support staff do not work on weekends. Though our site is also available 24 hours 7 days a week, in that time if there are any technical issues with our service we cannot be placed liable for any inconvenience placed on the user at that time. We will however rectify if required, if there is an error as soon as possible.

Our Gift to you

We at ToyHarmony show our gratitude to the community for their support and for taking the journey with us. We will have varies discounts or choose to give free items given away accordingly.

Monthly Winner - Every month at ToyHarmony we place a discrete surprise draw and pick a winner for a free LEGO® set.

​

We do not promote this policy as we want our customers to be surprised. As a customer purchases a product they by default when applicable will be added to the next draw to be a winner.

​

Other terms:

  • The draw is on the first of every month

  • Winner is provided with 1 free LEGO® toy with free delivery/postage.

  • The winner does not get to choose what LEGO® toy they want.

  • The customer can be a multiple winner but not in the same year.

  • Please inform us if you want to be opted out of the draw

  • The winner can choose to have their win placed on Facebook to share with friends and family.

    • Only a photo of what is won, Firstname and Location will be placed on FB

Pricing

​

Our current main toys are LEGO® and each LEGO® set has its own price which is payable upon adding the product to the checkout cart. All prices are fixed and cannot be changed by any consumer as all purchase a product or products. The price that is displayed with the product is the only amount with calculated delivery fee that you are obliged to pay for a product purchased. 

​

The prices for all the items displayed on the website (www.toyharmony.com.au) are stated in Australian dollars and all prices are inclusive of GST. The best part of the price is that all prices are fixed and no other charges will apply, what you see as stated is what will be charged. 

​

As you go for full payment for the product or products that you have chosen there are no hidden or additional charges included in the total payable. There are also no admin, processing, handling or any other service charge added to the displayed price of the product. 

 

We do however charge for standard postage delivery, the postage depends on the weight of the product. However our pricing are lower than what the rest of the Market offers. (please refer to Delivery page for further details)

ToyHarmony at times may have a sale, discount or promotion on an item or items that we cater. This may result in a temporary price reduction to selected toys depending on the campaign that is running. These changes to prices are temporary due to the kind of campaign that is placed of our choosing, which then after the due date will return to the fixed price(s). This campaign may happen monthly, seasonally or any random time of our choosing by the members of  ToyHarmony team. A due date of when the campaign ends will be provided on our toys shop site.

 

Payment

In order to have a product shipped to you, a payment has to be paid to process your order. This is the full amount that is placed on the item(s) of your choosing or adding to the checkout cart. At www.toyharmony.com.au all payment methods are through Paypal. These transactions are normally conducted through the credit card system. Please read their individual third party terms for their policies for using payments.

Disclosure

​

To make our service better for you we may have to provide your details to third parties. These third parties are anyone that is involved including our staff to provide a service for you. We may disclose your details to our regular shipping and Courier Companies, to financial institutions and or any Government law enforcing agencies if they request it. You agree that if required we are able to disclose your information to the above mentioned when the occasion arises. Wix and Paypal also will have disclosure to your details, it would be advisable for you the consumer to view their privacy policy. Post Office will only has details for delivering the items on your request.

Shipping / Delivery

 

All products listed on ToyHarmony Toy shop is provided with a service of delivery of the item to you that is purchased in our online store by you. All items purchased by the customer comes with a shipping rate to anywhere in any place within Australia and World wide that is deliverable.

We also provide free Local delivery up to 30km's from Central Melbourne CBD, Victoria. Meaning the products of your choice will be delivered to your residential address or any address of your choosing after full payment of the price of the product and delivery fee has been completed. 

If you live outside this borderline, but work within the provided boundary we are happy to delivery for free to your workplace. Please read Delivery page for full details.

All processing time of your order placed takes the same amount of time period if you purchase the item in the morning, afternoon or evening. There is a handling time of 2 days before shipping, and all orders placed on the weekend will be only processed on the following Monday. The duration of shipping will take approximately 6-8 working days from time it is posted to Australia wide. An email confirmation will be sent of the delivery, and also a tracking number will be provided. Any lateness or missing parcels will have to be investigated by the consumer(you) with the Postal service, Australia Post.

Return Policy

​

You have the right to return your product if you are not satisfied with it. As our valued customer you have 30 working days to return, exchange or ask for a full refund of your product. Conditions are that the product must still be in its original packing. If these terms are not met, you void the policy and no refund will be provided to you. Return delivery charge is also payable by the purchaser. Please read our Returns page for full details.

Subscribe

​

We respect the privacy of our customers. It is why we have divided our communication methods to two types of emailing communications.

The First is Update Communication and the second is the Marketing Campaigns.

 

Update communication – are vital information that is just provided to all our customers. These can be about our policy changes, service information, online store information, wishes on key dates and so on.

​

Marketing Campaigns – are campaigns of our LEGO® product, LEGO® specials, alerts on newly added LEGO® sets, product related information, offers and other product marketing campaigns that we offer to our customers and the public.

​

Though both communications will be placed on our ToyHarmony online store in their relevant pages, not all information will be email provided to our customers. Those that purchase will get Update Communication only and those that subscribe will get Marketing Campaigns as well as all the relevant updates.

 

Those that do not subscribe will not be privileged to exclusive offers and will not be alerted to the current LEGO® Marketing Campaign that is running at ToyHarmony.

The Marketing campaigns will be communicated more frequently than with the Update Communications. If a customer gets an Update Communication from us they can choose at any time to opt out and unsubscribe from our list.

If there are any errors, or inaccuracies that is placed on this site, or on our campaigns you have the right to inform us of this matter. Which a full investigation will be undertaken and a solution will be made if one is required. You cannot hold us responsible for any of the errors made on this site.

 

As you use our communication channels please do not abuse the service in any way. You will not send any inappropriate material, or send any advertising material to any of our contact information. As we ToyHarmony will not send or provide and inappropriate material to you, our customers. The user of this site www.toyharmony.com.au at anytime will not also send any abusive, violent gestures or any other offensive material through our contact listings.

We always thank you for your query and we may not always provide an answer, it will all depend on the nature of the issue. However all queries are analysed and actioned accordingly.
