We at ToyHarmony - where we forcus on toys, are here to help in anyway possible. With that thought in mind we have put together a series of questions and answers that can help clarify any gaps that you may have, from who we are? to what our services are? is tracking numbers provided on all orders? and any other questions that may reside within your minds.

We will continue to provide as much relevant information as possible to make the interaction with us as simple, fun and with clear clarification.

    How can we direct you?

    Who we are?

    • We are an online toys store based in Melbourne, that focuses currently on building blocks, construction toys or brick sets toys. We collect rare hard to find building blocks set and we focus on unqiue LEGO® brick sets. The toys that we have cannot be found in most brick and mortar stores.

      • We have 19 themes, 13 types breakdowns to browse through and over 350 different types of toys to choose from.

      • We have free local delivery 30km's from Melbourne CBD and we post to any state within Australia.

    Are these genuine LEGO?

    • They are all genuine LEGO® brick toys, made from the original LEGO® manufacturer. They are also all new in their sealed boxes. New defines they have never been opened, they are still sealed from the original toy factories.

    • The only differences are that these LEGO® toys are pre-owned, which means they are unwanted toys, unwanted gifts, unwanted items from the public population. We believe that we can give these toys a second life, by providing them back to the toy market.

    • These toy sets also come with imperfections, some of the external packaging will have scuff marks, damages, scratches to their original packaging boxes, these damages to the boxes would be the results from countless movement and long term storage. However we only source out new sealed LEGO sets in good condition for our busines.

    • Internal to the boxes will all be brand new in their original plastic sealed packaging. 

    • Please view the photos and read the description from each product viewed carefully to fully understand the state of the boxes before purchasing.

    Are the toys available?

    • Browse through our Entire toys range and all the brick sets we have, what are available and what are sold out will be listed on there. If you want reassurance of availability please contact us, we are always happy to help.

      • If you like to view the toys sets within their themes please select LEGO Themes in our main menu and a drop down menu will appear with all the themes broken down.

      • Our collage photos displayed throughout the site, may have a variety of LEGO sets within a single photo, not all may be available. Place a search through our search function at the top of each page to check availability.

    Is pick up available?

    • We are an online toy store, so currently pick up is not available for our toy range. We do however provide a free local delivery service up to 30 km from Central Melbourne CBD, Vic. In this way we are happy to bring the desired toy to your door step, and it will not require any fees for delivery. Check out if your location meets the criteria for free delivery. It can be calculated upon check out.

    Why subscription is important?

    • We encourage our customers to subscribe to our email platform. This is beneficial for all our customers in many ways, they are:

    • Majoy reason is exclusive offers and discounts are given to our subcribers.

    • We add new varieties of toys sets each week.

    • We have sale within our range, we can provide those savings to you before anyone outside can get to them.

    • We update and add new information that we believe will make the interaction and purchase cycle for our customers better, we would like to provide these relevant information and changes to you.

    • We majority of the time only send out email information once a month, this way we do not overload our customers with too much information.

    • We respect the privacy of our customers, we will not send any information without your permission. If you believe the above material is vital and relevant to you please subscribe to our email listing.

    My parcel is missing or has not arrived?

    • Every toy order posted comes with a tracking number, unless it is locally delivered. We ensure tracking is placed to ensure all orders will securely arrive to you.

    • As all orders are processed and posted an email would be sent to you with the tracking number. (Please check your spam/junk mail our the tracking number email)

    • If the email sent with tracking number is lost please contact us via email and we can resend the tracking number it to you.

    • With the tracking number, please Click here (please have your tracking number in front of you and please place the letter in front at all times) and check with Australia Post Tracking to find out where the item is situated.

    Is tracking number provided?

    • Tracking numbers is provided at all times to all items that are purchased that is required to be posted.

    • The tracking number will be provided via email so that the item can be tracked at all times.

    • For this service to be provided, email addresses are to be provided upon checkout.

    • We at times provide signature on delivery as an additional security to ensure the product is provided to the right customer.

    Is refunds/returns available?

    • We are here to help at all times, and hope that what you have ordered is what you are confident with.

    • All toys come with a 30 day return period. Please review our refund/return policy for your comfort and understanding. First procedure is for the customer to email a request for refund with full details.

    I have a missing piece?

    • At times pieces may go missing as the kids play or the new toy product would come with some pieces missing. If this every happens, please contact the LEGO® company directly through their site and they may assist you.

    • We are unable to hold the necessary amount of parts to filter all scenarios. It is best to contact the original factories.

    • Please ensure that the missing piece number is quoted (this is located at the back of the instruction booklet) as you request the missing part and also ensure the correct colour and quantity is provided as well.

    • It does not have to be a missing LEGO® piece, if you want some additional parts for any reason you can purchase them through various LEGO® online independent retailer channels or also through the LEGO® company.
