Australia Postal service for shipping

Standard Postage - We utilise Australian Postal services to post the LEGO items Australia wide, including Tasmania.

We deliver to any area within Australia if possible for a humble fee. We use Australian standard post delivery service for all LEGO items that require post.
All deliveries through the postal service will come with a tracking number unless otherwise stated.
The tracking number is sent via email, please also check your spam inbox at times to view the required information.
The fee for postage depends on the weight of the product according to Australia post. However our prices are fixed and what we have assigned will only be what is required to be paid.

Tracking Number Link:

As mentioned above every LEGO item purchased is sent via Australia Post. And every purchase comes with a tracking number.
This will be sent via an email to the designated email address provided by you.
Please also check your spam/junk folder if it is not in your normal inbox.
Copy the tracking number provided and place the number with the letter at the front to view where your parcel is within the delivery cycle.
(At times Auspost does not update their locations of the parcels, however if a tracking number is provided to you it means that it has been posted and your LEGO order is on its way.)

Free Local Delivery

Free Local Delivery - The Second option of delivery is for those that live local to Melbourne CBD. We are happy to deliver the item to your house or chosen location for free within the local capturing area.

If anyone lives up to 30kms from Central Melbourne CBD we can deliver the item for free. The radius is calculated from central Melbourne Business District and heading towards the outer suburbs.
It can be one item or several LEGO items at once, and all purchase will be delivered for free within that catchment radius of 30km's.
The border line at present time is as South as Springvale, East as Mooroolbark, North as Craigieburn and West as Mount Cottrell.
At check out please choose the local delivery option for shipping. Send us a quick email stating that you want the item delivered for free and we will deliver the item for you if it meets the criteria.
Identification is required to be shown upon delivery.
Please ensure that we have a contact number, email and please provide an address to have the item delivered to the right location.
At times we do the local delivery ourselves and will not be required for us to send a tracking number.
If you have a preferred time for Local Melbournian delivery please let us know, within service hours.

Delivery will be scheduled only after the transaction is complete.

Outside the Free delivery Zone

Outside the Free Delivery Zone - If anyone lives outside the free delivery zone, but still has employment or work within the Free local delivery boundary provided we are happy to deliver the item to your work place for free.
Your work place should be within the 30km's borderline from Central Melbourne CBD.
The border line is as South as Springvale, East as Mooroolbark, North as Craigieburn and West as Mount Cottrell. If you work within this borderline from central Melbourne CBD we will deliver for free to your work place.
We have to personally deliver to the individual that purchased the item.
Identification is required to be shown upon delivery.
If working in a multi-level building please come down and meet us on the ground floor.
Please do not keep us waiting, we will provide a fifteen minute window to inform you before our arrival.
Please ensure that we have a contact number, email and please provide a work address to have the item delivered to the right location.
Delivery will be scheduled only after the transaction is complete.

Free delivery Australia Wide

We have a free delivery service Australia wide for selected LEGO sets. Meaning we post the selected item for free anyway within Australia free of charge.

We have over 350 LEGO types within our range and 15% of that range comes with free delivery service on them.
The Free delivery postage is the Australia Standard Postage service that is provided as the service.
The free offer is stated within the description of the selected LEGO sets placed in red.
Only the stated items comes with free postage, the rest has their standard fee applied to them according to the product.

If a free delivery item and a postage chargeable item are placed together at checkout, postage is payable only to the LEGO set that has the fee applied for delivery.

Other relevant information:

Handling time of the Toys is between 2-3 days from time of purchase to time of postage. Then the item will be posted 6-8 working days from the item it was posted. For W.A customers it may take longer to arrive.
Please provide Email addresses as it is required to provide tracking numbers.
All purchases completed after 12 noon on the Friday will only be processed the following week on the Monday or Tuesday.
No Cash on Delivery, all transactions must be complete before any delivery commenced.

Our Australia Postage Fees

Small LEGO sets are $6 Australia wide for each purchase.
Medium LEGO sets are $9 Australia wide for each purchase.
Large LEGO sets are $14 Australia wide for each purchase.
Extra Large LEGO sets are $17 Australia wide for each purchase.
Extra XLarge LEGO sets are $19 Australia wide for each purchase.
Multiple sets or over 4kgs are $22 Australia wide for each purchase.
Free shipping on purchases over $500
We also have some LEGO sets that come with free postage Australia wide.

On average our prices are 20% lower than what Australia Post charges.

Local pickup unavailability

Local pickup is not available
We are an online toy store, so currently local pick up is not available.
We do however provide a free local delivery service up to 30km's from central Melbourne CBD, Vic. Please refer above Free Local delivery for more details.
In this manner we are happy to bring the desired item to your door step, and it will not require any fees for delivery.

We are enviromently friendly

Our contribution to the environment:

We are environmentally conscience and we try to utilise recycled materials.
Recycled cardboard boxes are used to secure and package all the LEGO sets.
Our carton packaging is sourced from local businesses that desire to discard their boxes. We acquire them and utilize them again, limiting landfill and wastage.

We encourage everyone to recycle the packaging where possible.
