We are an online toys store, our online store is operational 24 hours 7 days a week, however our support team is only available during a certain time frame.

Our customer service business hours are between:

  • 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Wednesday and

  • 9am to 7pm Thursday and Friday.

  • Saturday and Sunday, the support customer service center are closed.

 

Any query or issue will be investigated during the stated times and will contact you only during those times and will provide an answer within 2 business days.
